I'm so angry right now. I got a bill in the mail from the property management company that handles my homeowner's association. The bill was for $113. I was very confused, because I have my payments set automatically on my bill pay. I looked up the history and all the payments had gone through, so I called. I have another update.. this one, not so good.( under the cut :( )

So, we rent our house. It's an old house, with old counters, cabinets, bathrooms, pipes, etc.

During Christmas time our sink pipes burst, making a lake on our kitchen floor. Thankfully Stepdad, Grampa and Neighbour are all handy men - after much rushing around, we got the parts and they managed to fix it...although the cabinets under the sink ( Read more... )

In 2008, I had an apartment in North Carolina. Wainright Property Management was fine, when I was moving in. They let me cosign, the apartment was nice enough, etc. etc. But then I had to move out, and my roommate and I arranged that she would stay without me. My fiance and I moved into a home we found for rent through a rental company. The house was perfect for my 3 year old, myself and my fiance and an amazing deal.

We paid rent on time every month - if not early. We did not cause issues. We kept the place in good condition. This, apparently, was not enough for the rental company.
